Indian Major political Party  Congress , which leaded India in state of defame  added another feather in its cap , with its stupidity . Indian congress  which famous for sex scandals , and another money laundering scandals , shown its stupidity .This time they shown that they even do not have enough knowledge to run this country. These guys do not know  difference between  Times and Times of  India . These guys now days are burning copies of times of India thinking that this is part of time magazine.   When did US-based Time Magazine become a part of the Times of India Group of publications? Tamil Nadu Youth Congress activists who appear to be under the impression that the US publication is part of the Times group, tore up copies of the newspaper during a protest against a Time magazine report which carried a photograph of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh labeled "Underachiever". Although they were informed by mediapersons that Time was not part of the Times group, the protestors went ahead and damaged copies of the newspaper outside the American Consulate.They even do not know that Times of India is  actually  is spokesman of congress . 

The Time report has claimed that the Prime Minister appears "unwilling to stick his neck out" on reforms that will put the country back on the growth path. In 2010, the magazine listed Dr Singh among the 100 most influential people in the world.

But I do not  agree with Times  Magazine, which said   termed  Manmohan singh as underachiever . This is false . Manmohan singh has wonderful job  in ruining this  country and making Gandhi family strong . Manmohan Singh - An underachiever - TIme u have got it absolutely wrong This spineless  who dress like a Sardar  MMS has so many achievements which have never been achieved by PM of any country. 8] Made sure none of his corrupt party members are in Jail
9] Sold coal resources worth lakhs of crores for free to poor businessmen and corporates
10] Made tax exemptions worth 5 lakh crores to poor corporates
11] Sold 2G spectrum for peanuts
12] Tried highest number of times to make freinds with pakistan [with zero result]
13] Only PM in the world who still reads his speeches
14] Only PM who never won an election
15] Only PM who gave proxy address for his election
